How you will make an impact:

Manage complex HCP education programs; including but not limited to executing on program logistics, obtaining compliance approval, contracting service agreements with HCPs, loading program information and invoicing into the HCP Engage system, and maintaining budget complianceLiaison key stakeholders: including internal sales teams and the physician/surgeon community to identify business demands and solutions. Recommend and lead the implementation of program development and HCP engagement to field teams, marketing teams and international Professional Education teams leveraging best practicesProvide direction and guidance to field requests and inquiries regarding Professional Education programsCreate collateral materials (i.e program agenda, social posts, email campaigns) and route education content for approval through relevant legal, regulatory and medical review processes with cross-functional stakeholders, utilizing the Vault PromoMats systemPrepare complex quarterly program metrics on educational programsEnsure compliance for all Professional Education Programs and financial transparency reportingManage Vendors and contracting for Professional Education programs, including but not limited to, hotels, ground transportation, airlines, travel agencies, catering, promotional materials, audio-visual and webinars
 

What you will need (Required):

Bachelor's Degree & a minimum of 5 years of related work experience OR a Master's Degree & a minimum of 3 years of related work experienceAbility to travel up to 40%

For California, the base pay range for this position is $90,000 to $127,000 (highly experienced).
