Role
The Marketing Services team within Services is looking for a Senior Specialist to support the Marketing Services product suite designed for North America. This position works heavily with the Product lead for North America alongside various internal and external resources (Sales, Product Marketing, global teams, etc). The position would be responsible for the following:
•\tSupport in decision making on vendor and partners to onboard in supporting the Marketing Services product development and growth for Mastercard
•\tManage the internal product approval (Studio) & vendor onboarding process including gaining stakeholder agreements and maintaining proper documentation protocols
•\tSupport structuring pilots for new or improved product launches including working cross-functionally on operational details and documenting playbooks
•\tLead current vendor and various hygiene elements such as agreement renewals and Data Privacy asks
•\tManage main on-going business lines such as our aggregator websites (Find-A-Card) & pipelines for key growth focus areas Priceless initiatives, Checking Account acquisition, etc.
•\tSupports by informing on competitive offerings to compile a client facing narrative on our areas of differentiation
•\tHigh attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
•\tProven ability to think strategically and provide feedback in a timely manner
•\tDevelops day-to-day working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
•\tProvides support in the development of new services or solutions by conducting desktop research and assisting with the assembly of market assessments
•\tContributes effectively to proposal preparation when requested
•\tIdentifies client challenges and brings ideas on opportunities to leverage MC capabilities to the attention of senior MC staff
All About You
•\tPrior experience (at least 4 years of experience) in any of the following job roles are pluses but not required: Marketing, Product Management
•\tExperience in banking, payments, and/or financial services preferred
•\tPreference for digital campaign experience preferred (any of: Social, SMS, Content, Email); direct mail and other channels strongly desired
•\tAnalytically curious to uncover data driven insights
•\tHigh attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
•\tStrong Business Acumen and Entrepreneurial Mindset
•\tA creative, can-do energy as well as comfort with an agile responsibility mix
•\tStrong communication and presentation skills
•\tHighly flexible to support as key Mastercard initiatives evolve

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
