**WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH**
We, the CEMEA Nike Stores Partnered team, formalize and execute Nike`s Direct to Consumer & Partner Management Strategies for our stores fleet. We lead the NSP/NVS-P Channel, within the CEMEA organization, collaborating cross functionally, to deliver the best of Nike to our consumers. CEMEA is the catalyst of the future of Sport, Youth and Culture; globally. We work in a fast paced and dynamic environment which is kay growth are of the organization.
This role will support and work in close collaboration with CEMEA Nike Stores Team and will report to Director, ND-P CEMEA.
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
We’re looking for a highly motivated individual who will be focusing on managing the design, development and maintenance of critical retail reports to help driving the business and support the team bringing to life this exciting new chapter of growth for CEMEA NSP and NVSP.
The role requires strong reporting and analytics skills, and strong understanding of business and retail. The ideal candidate has experience with :
+ Expertise in Business analytics, planning and reporting,
+ Strong relationship builder: ability to influence internal and external stakeholder.
+ Strong communication and presentation skills.
+ Savviness with numbers: Analytical, performance management and ability to identify commercial opportunities to drive sales.
+ Retail and Business Planning experience.
+ Skilled in excel, Air Table.
**WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON**
You will be responsible for development and maintenance of important retail reports and analyses for CEMEA NSP Business.
+ Develop, maintain and distribute reports, dashboards, and materials for weekly, monthly and quarterly business reviews and 1and 3 year planning.
+ Conduct ad hoc analysis as needed to support the needs of the retail business and provide relevant insights to make critical business decisions.
+ Guide data-driven decision-making by extracting and aggregating data from multiple sources and translating it into relevant insights.
+ Maintain and update Stores Masterfile and Online store locator.
+ Support creation of Fleet review documents.
+ Support and track implementation of store legal documents (SA’s).
+ Store review and Consumer feedback analytics and insights.
Relocation is not available for this position
