WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You’ll be a member of the Nike Facilities team, which is part of the Nike Direct Store Development team and report to the Facilities Manager. The Facilities team is the main connection point and key business partner of our Retail stores and their management, providing them with a safe, operational and comfortable environment within the given budget.
On the daily you’ll be working with teams such as Store Construction, Cost Management, Real Estate, Retail Finance, Procurement, Retail Ops & Service, Nike field teams, Health and Safety, etc. Externally, you’ll partner with the Nike FM vendors, General Contractors, Architects, etc.

Key responsibilities:
Translating Nike’s Facilities strategy into initiatives and day-to-day actionsPerforming analysis that helps decision making process and improve efficiencies as well as new business opportunities and process improvementsManaging sustainability initiatives, preparing analytical reports and ensuring they are aligned with global standardsSupporting the Cost Management team in managing the Facilities budget (CAPEX and OPEX), including forecasting, analysing actuals for the current fiscal year, and preparing presentations for the Leadership team.Ensuring compliance with contracts, code of conduct, and corporate directives is consistently maintainedLeading a systematic asset renewal and budget tracking plans and toolsManaging the energy tenders and bidding processes in collaboration with Procurement, Legal teams and consultants.Coordinating and managing the contract delivery of stores supplies, within the budget and contractual requirements.Advise on critical issues, making sure stores are operational and safe.Applications for this role will be accepted until October 2nd, 2025
