Senior Specialist, Marketing OperationsOverviewThe Global B2B Marketing Operations team is looking for a Senior Specialist of Marketing Operations to help scale the lead generation function at Mastercard through technology and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is an experienced technical marketer with a track record of creative thinking to develop, execute, measure and optimize lead gen. campaigns.
The Global B2B Marketing Operations team is responsible for defining a best-in-class Lead Generation discipline and scaling it across business units and regions, including to the people, processes, content, technologies, and data.
Role
In this technical marketing role, you will:
•\tCreate marketing materials to support lead gen campaigns across email, social and web: forms, landing pages, email, nurture journeys etc.
•\tImplement A/B tests for emails and landing pages to drive engagement and conversion.
•\tManage the lead lifecycle ensuring accurate and consistent lead capture, qualification, and routing through the lead funnel.
•\tDevelop and run ABM and LinkedIn ad campaigns.
•\tMaintain content governance, metadata/taxonomy, and operational documentation.
•\tLead end-to-end delivery of large-scale marketing initiatives.
•\tAnalyze campaign performance and create dashboards and reports.
•\tEnsure compliance with branding, metadata accuracy, and global privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CCPA).
•\tPresent insights, campaign results, and project plans to senior stakeholders.
•\tRecommend best practices for lead generation, scoring, nurturing, and campaign setup.
All About You
The ideal candidate for this position should have:
•\tBachelor’s or master’s degree (MBA preferred) in marketing, business or a related field.
•\t5+ years of experience in marketing operations/automation with 2+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Intelligence Reports.
•\tWorking knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Salesforce Sales Cloud, Cvent and Zoom/ON24
•\tExperience designing ABM campaigns in 6sense/Demandbase
•\tStrong technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AMPscript, and SQL.
•\tAnalytical mindset with the ability to derive insights and make recommendations.
•\tSelf-driven, curious, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
•\tWillingness to work EMEA hours (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM IST).
