WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
This role reports to the Director, Go To Market (GTM) Korea, and works cross-functionally with Sales, Nike Direct Stores, Nike Digital, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Finance, and Marketplace Supply Chain (MSC) teams in Korea. The role also partners closely with Asia Pacific & Latin America (APLA) stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class sell-in experience across physical and digital platforms.

Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in operational excellence, planning, or salesStrong proficiency with browser-based web applications and PC-based toolsProven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teamsStrong sense of ownership and accountability to deliver assigned workDemonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and communicate with stakeholders at all levelsExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean

As a GTM Excellence Senior Specialist, you will help set GTM strategies and enable best-in-class sell-in experiences that bring seasonal priorities and innovation to life for Sport Offense. You will operate at the intersection of planning, execution, and digital enablement to ensure seamless showroom and partner experiences.
Set plans to deliver seasonal priorities and innovation efficiently to internal and external partners through showroom executionEnhance the showroom journey by managing physical samples, executing showroom set-ups, and maximizing digital toolsTrack sample coverage, document gaps, and report missing items to Geo Showroom and Samples leadsDrive operational excellence for key GTM meetings, including Seasonal Kick-Off, Pre-Seasonal Partner Alignment, and Seasonal Partner AlignmentMaximize digital tools and content to deliver seasonal priorities more impactfully, including FW wall constructs and 'Keep It Tight' initiativesAnalyze awareness, usage, and impact of digital tools and content to identify continuous improvement opportunitiesDevelop and maintain assessments of showroom needs and required investments to support Sales and Nike Direct sell-in momentsPersonalize digital tools and content for products without physical samples during SPA (Seasonal Partner Alignment)
