Reporting to the Senior Manager, Facilitation, the Sr. Specialist, Facilitator partners closely with peer facilitators, Learning Operations, and program designers. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training + 3-5 years of facilitation experience with corporate audiences, including director‑level or senior‑leader populations + Demonstrated expertise in leadership development, adult learning principles, and complex group facilitation + Strong communication, executive presence, and ability to influence across functions **WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON** You’ll lead high‑impact learning experiences that shape leadership capability across Nike.
