Provide support, advice and guidance across the Data Protection Framework including data processing queries, data breach management, supplier due diligence, ROPAs and privacy noticesCreate & assess DPIAs for change projects across the businessEstablish effective collaboration with the relevant internal stakeholders at all levels to facilitate delivery of the operational elements of the Data Protection FrameworkDevelop relationships with internal and external parties to provide effective communication on data protection issuesParticipate in internal projects to provide context in the application of data protection requirements to support the creation of effective and pragmatic solutionsWork closely with the business to ensure data protection processes and procedures remain fit for purpose and are updated to reflect data protection changesProvide support to the Senior Management of the Data Protection team in respect of data protection mattersTo identify and take action to help build upon our data protection cultureProvide input/updates at relevant workshops on data protection related mattersWhat You Will Bring:Knowledge and a working understanding of data protection laws (especially UK & EU GDPR), codes of practice and regulator guidanceWorking knowledge of data protection frameworksA data protection qualification (or willing to work towards obtaining one) such as CIPP/E or PC.dpA pragmatic approach to data protection complianceA desire to work as part of a support, professional team and willingness to develop your knowledge and experience in data protection.Unless explicitly requested or approached by SS&C Technologies, Inc. or any of its affiliated companies, the company will not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
