**Date Posted:** 2025-12-05 **Country:** Singapore **Location:** 18 Bedok South Road, Singapore **Position Role Type:** Unspecified **Responsibilities** + Establish new recipes/processes for new program/parts, conduct supplier audits, develop and maintain manufacturing operation level job instruction sheets, and inspection procedures. + Perform feasibility studies in the manufacturing capacity improvement, layout improvements and expansion. + Initiate productivity improvement activities including equipment/fixture selection, design and deployment. + Resolve technical issues relating to internal and external customers' feedback. + Participate actively in company-wide productivity and quality programs. + Provide guidance and training to other Special Process Engineers. + Provide process, tooling and gaging plan for all special process. + Work with vendors to support our outsource activities. + Maintain and keep heat treat and plating masters up to date. + Lead continuous improvement projects. + Initiate and Lead Core Problem Solving (CPS) activities.
