Effectively developing and leading global sourcing strategies, effectively managing suppliers and internal networks to deliver best in class performance for the relevant spend area. Consistently delivers measurable and strategic goals to enable a competitive advantage to bottom-line and topline company growth, and corporate social responsibility leadership. Collaborates effectively internally and with suppliers. Develops effective multi year negotiation strategies to enable success. Leads highly complex cross functional global sourcing teams. Manages a global spend of $200 Million plus depending upon market complexity. May mentor or manage other procurement professionals. 5+ years experience Key projects: • Supporting tier 2 ingredients focusing on eggs and bread • Significant portion of the process • Eggs Portfolio: Continuing working, onboarding suppliers, matching products, ensure suppliers can meet compliance, sourcing skills, pricing, risk management, project management • Bread: Evaluation based on RFP, doing analysis of RFP, driving recommendations, cross functional alignment with varying teams

Daily Responsibilities: • Supplier engagement • Price Negotiation • Coordination with planning and sourcing team • Contract Management • Engagement with Product development team • Project management and coordination Interaction level with team: • Highly interactive • Working with planners, sourcing, suppliers, engagement with QA and product (menu) team • 70% collab, 30% solo heads down work Technology requirements?: • Microsoft Office Suite • Tableu (data gathering and analysis) • Power BI (data gathering and analysis) Degree or certifications required?: • N/A but could be nice to have • CPM (preferred) Years experience?: • 5+ years Required background ? Skills? • Sourcing background • Ingredient sourcing is ideal • Commodity management • Cross functional experience • Project management • Strong communication • Attention to detail Nice-to-Haves: • Strong sourcing acumen, data analytics • Develop and drive strategy • Understand and identify risk (and risk mitigation) • Creative Solutioning • Strong leadership communication, clear and consistent • Food and beverage background • Familiarity with risk addressing
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
