Key Objectives and Responsibilities for the role:
Find sales opportunities for Solution projects in Greenfield and Brownfield projects in India and MENA region. To drive the opportunities to the orders to fulfill individual, team plans and the company's annual budget. Have a good knowledge of the local market and sales expertise in the key areas: PAGA, Fire Alarm system, Wireless Radio, EAPBX Telephony, CCTV & LAN, etc. Have a good understanding of Customer needs in the key industries: O&G, Chemicals, Metals & Mining, Transport & Infrastructure. Work with EPC, End-Users and Partners: identify key influencers and decision makers, build strong relationships with them through multiple entry points. Negotiate with them to take the orders. Build a project pipeline with existing projects and expand it with new opportunities. Having your own project pipeline and good relationships with Accounts in the region will be an advantage. Have a deep understanding of the formation and development of a sales team in the area of systems integration for implementation of the complete projects in the industrial telecom sector. Internal work in accordance with the sales process: managing projects pipeline in CRM for forecasting and production planning. Work with Presales & Bid Management teams to ensure timely submission of RFQs.Experience:
You should have a proven track record of successfully selling total system integrated projects starting from USD 1 million. Candidate should have 10+ years of experience working as a Sales group leader or Senior Sales on SI, EPC or Vendor with focus on complex projects using equipment such as Industrial Telecom, BMS, Fire & Security Systems. Work experience in international EPC or international SI companies will be a clear advantage for the candidate. It is also essential that you are familiar with Consultants, EPC's/PMC's and the Key Accounts in the region. Ideally, you should already have established contacts and business relationships with clients in the focus regions including C‑level and senior decision‑makers at key accounts.Employment conditions:
