Solutions Consultants are instrumental in the sales cycle, bringing their technical and industry expertise to create compelling solutions for customers. **Role:** + As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in Sprinklr’s growth by supporting the sales cycle with deep product knowledge, strategic thinking, and client-centric solutioning. + You’ll work cross-functionally with our sales, product, and success teams to build trust with prospects and translate their goals into compelling solution strategies using Sprinklr’s Unified-CXM platform. + We’re looking for experienced professionals who are curious, collaborative, and motivated by driving customer success — and who want to be part of a diverse, inclusive team where your voice and ideas truly matter. **Who You Are and What Makes You Qualified** You thrive in cross-functional environments and are energized by engaging with enterprise customers to design impactful solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes. In this role, you will: + Partner with Account Executives and other internal stakeholders to understand customer challenges and goals + Lead and participate in client meetings to conduct in-depth discovery, uncovering current challenges, future objectives, and desired business outcomes + Leverage your creativity and business acumen to build compelling presentations, solution narratives, and articulate Sprinklr’s value proposition + Deliver high-impact platform demonstrations — both virtually and in person — that are tailored to each customer’s goals and requirements + Support in the creation of RFX responses and the execution of pilots and proof-of-concept engagements + Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training and up-to-date certifications, staying current with the Sprinklr platform and evolving customer needs + Provide strategic input to internal teams by translating customer insights into actionable feedback for Product and Marketing **What You Bring:** + 3–5+ years in SaaS, pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical customer-facing roles, ideally in the CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) space + A natural problem-solver with a strong sense of empathy and structured communication + Confident presenting to various audiences (business & technical), and adapting your style accordingly + Passionate about technology that improves human connection and customer engagement, including Omni-Channel Engagement (Voice & Digital), Conversational AI, Conversational Analytics, Case Management + A proven track record of success in designing or positioning solutions, and a strong willingness to deepen your expertise across the broader Customer Experience ecosystem — including Social, Marketing, and Research + Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both **German and English (C1/C2 level)** + A growth mindset, passion for innovation, and a commitment to continuous improvement **Why You'll Love Sprinklr:** We're committed to creating a culture where you feel like you belong, are happier today than you were yesterday, and your contributions matter.
