Kforce has a client in need of an experienced Technical Business Systems Analyst to join their team in Quincy, MA. This role involves reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating IT systems operations to identify opportunities for improvement. The Senior Solutions Architect will act as the primary liaison between users and engineering/development teams, translating business needs into formal technical requirements and ensuring system issues are documented and resolved. Responsibilities: * Analyze and evaluate IT systems operations and user requirements * Recommend improvements to enhance system performance and usability * Serve as the main point of contact between users and technical teams * Translate functional use cases into technical specifications in partnership with SMEs * Document, report, and track system issues and resolutions * Validate high-level and detailed technical/functional documentation * Build queries and automate tracking dashboards * Support lifecycle management processes
