Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic Senior Solutions Architect to join our Global Digital Solutions team.
In this role, you will be responsible for serving as a trusted technical advisor to clients, guiding them through the technical evaluation of our digital solutions and ensuring long-term customer success.
What You’ll Do
In this role, you will:
Lead the technical design and architectural strategy for complex digital solutions, creating scope documents and Statements of Work that align with client business challenges.
Collaborate with Sales Executives, Engineering, and Professional Services teams to advance strategic deals to closure and ensure a coherent path to success for our clients.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations while responding to technical, functional, and non-functional requirements in RFPs and RFQs.
What You’ll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales consulting or Professional Consulting services.
Strong knowledge of ECM, BPM, App-Dev, and AI/ML concepts, with familiarity in major cloud providers such as AWS and GCP.
Proven ability in stakeholder management and technical storytelling, effectively communicating complex architectural landscapes to both technical and C-Suite audiences.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
