**Your New Role…**
WBD Monetization Technology team is looking for a Sr. Solutions Analyst with excellent problem solving, business process analysis, functional design, and client relationship skills to be a member of a world class technology team, delivering and supporting solutions for the Motion Pictures division.
The Senior Solutions Analyst, Motion Pictures Monetization, will lead techno-functional product workstreams and will be responsible for solving business problems by identifying and gathering business needs and requirements, designing & evaluating solutions and help in their implementation.
The resource will be responsible for providing operational support and ensure quality of the solution delivery across our Motion Pictures monetization solutions portfolio. They will be responsible for participating in planning, execution, and oversight of relevant project phases, such as design, analysis, and requirements gathering etc. Strong knowledge & experience with traditional Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies as well as hands-on experience in business requirements elicitation, process analysis and documentation techniques, functional design thinking and communication (verbal and written), and client relationship skills are required. Knowledge of the Theatrical Marketing & Distribution business and experience with the Media and Entertainment industry are a plus.
**Your Role Accountabilities…**
+ Business Relationship: You are the trusted technology partner for multiple Motion Pictures stakeholders. You act as translator/communicator between them and the various internal / external technology teams.
+ Operational Support: Triaging and driving production issues to resolution with an eye on continuous improvements, and build subject matter expertise in the business and operational processes to wholly represent the Motion Pictures division in any Technology context
+ Technology Strategy: You view the Motion Pictures business from the perspective of technology strategy: what technologies are available in the market that can simplify work, provide insight, expand capabilities, or otherwise support the business in meeting/exceeding their goals
+ Product Ownership: You will regularly be brought into large scale technology projects, where you will be required to wear one or more hats: Own, Lead & Facilitate - Business and Solutions analysis, Requirements Documentation, Solution Design, QA, Change Management and/or Budget analysis.
+ Technical Ownership: You are not a developer, but you maintain responsibility and ownership of all technical obligations of the applications/systems/products you are assigned and will drive the engineering and other technical teams to quickly resolve issues involving servers, integrations, Cyber security, etc. as needed. You understand the architecture underlying the systems that you support on a logical level and are able to effectively communicate with engineering teams on their terms.
+ Mentorship (non-managerial): As the senior lead, you will mentor other, less-experienced Solution Analysts on the team to help develop their skills. Proactively engage in continuous improvement efforts for application design, support, and practice development efforts.
**Qualifications & Experiences…**
+ Bachelor’s degree required. College coursework or working experience in two or more of the following areas: Accounting/Finance, Business Administration/Operations, Business Information Systems, Computer Science/Software Engineering
+ High degree of drive and curiosity to learn day-to-day business operations with view on process improvements & optimization and solution orientation.
+ Proven Leader on medium to large sized technology projects, driving functional design, problem solving, and providing solutions.
+ High proficiency writer experienced in the design and compilation of standardized software development documentation (Business Requirement, Functional Specification, Process Flows, User Experience flows, mind maps, User Stories, etc.) ensuring it is organized, concise, accurate and directive. It must be understandable by both business experts and software developers.
+ Ability to create documents / decks (Project Proposals, Technology Recommendations, User Guides, Strategic roadmaps etc.) that tell a compelling, persuasive story that drives key decision-makers to a clear conclusion with both language and visuals.
+ High proficiency with the following tools: Excel (pivots, macros, formulas, etc.), Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Miro, Project, SharePoint/Teams Sites (or similar cloud productivity tools), Monday.com
+ Understanding of software design, architecture, and development including: Software Development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, DevOps, etc), Cloud software development (AWS, Azure, etc), Systems and Data Architecture, Systems Integration
+ Being responsible for eliciting requirements from a diverse range of stakeholders and prioritizing them regularly with the business to deliver a program of impactful enhancements.
+ Developing and executing program of test cases, test plans and test scenarios that ensure quality product delivery and leading business users and Application Support teams through SIT and UAT phases.
+ Working closely with support teams to organize their activities, keep them accountable to deadlines and ensure support teams are fully utilized.
+ Mentoring less experienced solutions analysts in the team on best analytic practices, testing and documentation preparation.
+ An understanding or interest in the entertainment industry including: Film/Theatrical distribution and release process, Campaign-based marketing, and Creative asset workflows
Not Required but preferred experience:
+ 5+ years experience working in Theatrical Distribution or a Media & Entertainment company.
+ Previous work experience with: Business process analysis and functional design, Business process reengineering, Technology assessment and application, Process, System, and Functional documentation, Financial budget management, Project Proposal development, including developing business cases, assessing cost/benefits, and calculating ROI, Financial/Managerial Accounting and reporting processes, Project Management practices and tools, Information and Security practices and standards, Testing methodologies and automation
+ Technical experience/skills in: Salesforce or Force.com custom application development, Miro, Figma, Sketch, or other UX/UI design tools, Agile tools such as JIRA, Data designing and modeling / SQL

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $110,040.00 - $204,360.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
