Senior Solution Manager

The Solution Manager is fully responsible for the implementation of services in clients already in Recurring. She/he will act as single point of contact and will work in the definition, quotation, development and deployment of new services requested by our clients coordinating the different teams involved in the process.
This role requires project management skills and a strategic viewpoint (based on business requirements and thorough understanding of the existing challenges) and also the ability for managing the client expectations with regards to standard and new potencial services.
**Objective**
• To assess and provide solutions for new requests from our clients, by offering our consulting and functional/technical expertise.
• To manage the implementation of services (Payroll, connectivity, reporting, GL’s..) ensuring they are provided according to contractual commitment.
• Project management to oversee the delivery of functionality, technical configuration and testing that validate the quality.
• To stand as ADP single point of contact facing the Client for the implementation of services.
• To solve potential issues that may prevent the satisfactory and timely completion of the global implementation.
• To manage the coordination with Partners in triggering, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and closing the local implementation projects and the service delivery either with ADP countries or with external Payroll providers.
• To ensure a proper transition of services from Project Services implementation to Service Support team.
• Anticipates and escalates any issues that may put the production of a new service at risk.
**Responsibilities**
• To develop, produce and manage a master implementation schedule/project plan to ensure timely achievements of all deliverables.
• To coordinate and act as an escalation point for all involved parties during the length of the implementation
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, client and internal.
• To keep up-to-date progress on the project portfolio on the corporate tools (Siebel, eService, PlanView, etc.)
• To organize and lead meetings with key stakeholders as needed to review project status and discuss issues, risk, resolutions, possible mitigation plan and workaround as needed.
• Collaborate closely with the Lead Consultants and Payroll providers to meet project deliveries.
• To participate into business improvement projects, support pre- engagement meetings with client.
**Experience/Skills**
• Sound knowledge of Project Management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK®, CMMI®, ITIL®, Prince 2® Agile, SDLC, RUP®, ...).
• 5 years minimum experience in project management, implementing or serving PY/HR/Finance projects.
• Advanced communications skills in Client facing context.
• Experience in understanding business needs and in exercising his/her own influence in order to meet them.
• Flexibility in order to quickly adapt with a continuously changing environment.
• Ability to act as liaison with various internal and external contacts.
• Strong skills in converting user needs into features and functionalities.
• Must have the ability to work with minimal direction on multiple projects.
• Be able to think, communicate and present information effectively
• International culture and ability to work in a multinational environment. Open minded.
• Fluent command of English language. Additional languages are pluses.
**Education**
• University degree or comparable education.
• Payroll (and HR) related training are an advantage.
• Project management certifications are an advantage.
