Job Description:

The main purposes will be to perform the interpretation of business rules and functional and not functional requirements to shape technical specification according to the given architectural specification in terms of interaction between systems, data exchanged, transformations etc. according to defined design methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

To participate and cooperate to shaping activitiesTo participate to feasibility analysis for new or to-be-updated initiatives (Epic and User Story), evaluating the impacts for IT.To perform detailed technical analysis/ DesignTo participate in and supporting developers in development phaseTo participate in IT delivery project planning, execution and stakeholder managementTo test support and problem determinationTo participate to and collaborate in the definition of new suppliers and contract requirementsTo breaking down requirements and technical solution into proper slice (User Story) thoroughly examining the costs, benefits, and risks of various options prior to selecting an approach; explanation/ justification of decisions in a logical and systematic fashion.

Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology/Engineering or equivalent6+ years experience in the same role in a complex environmentExcellent knowledge of IT architecture in place (for the relevant domain) and technical flowsAdvanced experience in REST & SOAP application services developmentExperience in front-end solution designProven experience in application development with JAVA on/with J2EE platform, Spring, Spring BootJunit testing, Test Driven Development and Spring Integration testingGood knowledge of issue and code versioning tools (Azure and Git)Good knowledge of DBMS and SQL (Oracle, PL/SQL)Good knowledge of Agile paradigm and Scrum methodologyGood knowledge of UML standardGood knowledge of microservices architecture and domain design modelGood knowledge of retail banking businessGood English knowledge (written and spoken)Synthesis and analysis and Systemic VisionGood Leadership capabilities, good Relation skills and negotiation skillsTeamworkCustomer centricity orientation
