Managing a team of Solution Design Analysts to provide error free supply chain solutions, analyzing multi-facet information and designing cost effective, operationally feasible solutions which align with DSC standard pricing principle to meet customers requirement\n\n\nIndividual contributor - To provide error free supply chain solutions, analyzing multi-facet information and designing cost effective, operationally feasible solutions which align with DSC standard pricing principle to meet customers requirement\n\n\nResponsibilities\n\n\n \n \nResponsibilities\nMeasurement Criteria / KPIs\n\n\nCustomer\n- Customer/ potential customer, ensure error free and competitive proposal\n- Approved proposal by customer\n\n\n- Analyze supply chain data on customer’s RFQ (Request for Quotation)\n \n \n\n\n- Use analytical methods and variety of tools to understand , predict and to improve logistics operations and processes\n \n \n\n\n- Supervising the development and utilization of Solutions Design models\n \n \n\n\n- Supervising warehouse lay out and design and as needed by customer\n \n \n\n\n- Supervising warehouse capacity models\n \n \n\n\n \n \n\n\nStakeholder\n- Other functional team, identify, develop, communicate and seek consent on the solutions proposed with rergards to customer's requirements\n- Develop convincing entry strategy at a new sector and gain some business\n\n\n- Another functional team, Identify, develop, communicate and seek consent on the solutions proposed with regards to customer’s requirements\n \n\n\n- Manage the development and the deliverance of the Logistics solutions design based on the data provided/gathered, knowledge, and experiences\n \n \n\n\n \n \n \n\n\n \n \n\n\nPeople - Management\n- Develop a high performance service culture within the functional department. Plan, organize and direct and efficient and effective functional department.\n- Employee Satisfaction.\n\n\n- Develop IKOs/KPIs with team members and monitor individual performance\n- Unplanned staff turnover.\n\n\n- Conduct performance appraisal.\n- Employee development\n\n\n- Manage the allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of Global, Regional and Country objectives and targets.\n- Employee accountability and performance. \n\n\n- Identify training needs and opportunities to develop a highly skilled functional department.\n \n \n\n\n- Conduct appropriate training for staff to motivate and improve their product/technical knowledge.\n \n \n\n\n \n \n\n\nRequirements\n\n\nDivisional Experience\n• Excellent understanding of DSC Operations and cost model\n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\nFunctional Experience\n• Minimum 4 years in similar role\n\n\n• Familiar with warehouse lay out\n\n\n• Excellent Excel spreadsheet skill\n\n\n• Experience in modeling/simulation/CAD tools\n\n\n• Fluent in English written and spoken\n\n\n \n\n\nGeographical Experience\n• understand local industry\n\n\n \n\n\n \n\n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n\n\nEducation / Qualification / Certification
