demonstrate and communicate a passion for digital products and services + Experience with large or complex system integration projects + Good track record of dealing with complex bespoke solutions requiring creative & complex investigations and evaluations of alternative architectural solutions + Strategic business acumen and understanding of organization strategy and ability to design information systems to deliver that strategy + Experience leading and collaborating across teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions + Collaborative attitude, willingness to work with team members; able to coach, participate in code reviews, share skills and methods + Constantly learns from both success and failure + Good organizational and problem-solving abilities that enable you to manage through creative abrasion + Good verbal and written communication;
