Job Description

Your contribution to something big: 

Design and implement automated testing frameworks for CI/CD pipelines;Collaborate with development teams to ensure software quality across multiple projects;Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and tools;Contribute to innovative solutions that support Bosch’s mission of sustainability and technology leadership.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

Experience

5+ years of experience in software development or testing automation.Proven track record with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).

Know-how

Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit).Familiarity with cloud environments and DevOps practices.

Languages

Fluency in English (spoken and written). 

Working Style and Methods

Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.Comfortable working in cross-functional teams.

Personality

Curious, collaborative, and motivated to drive innovation.Passionate about quality and continuous improvement.
