Senior Software Test Engineer - Alliance Program

This role collaborates closely with the Development Team to define, prioritize, and execute comprehensive test plans. He/She will be responsible for managing and maintaining product release cycles, ensuring each release is delivered on schedule and meets high-quality standards.

Next to camera and audio peripheral vendors, we team up with display vendors like LG, Sharp and Dell, as well as productivity and workplace solution vendors to transform the complete meeting experience and cover the whole hybrid meeting room ecosystem. Our productivity partners will enhance collaboration even further by adding interesting features like digital signage, whiteboarding, room scheduling.Responsibilities
To be an Alliance Program Test Engineer, you are expected to:
Be hands-on in planning and running necessary tests, identifying and tracing issues and driving issues to resolution, and communicating product QA status to everyone. Create and support QA & release pipelines. Comfortable working closely with product managers and developers in an agile environment. Take care the quality for quarterly firmware release. Issue management specially that comes from our partners/customers. Debug: Collect and analyse logs to help developer narrow down scope/stepRequirements
Fluent in English & Chinese At least 5 years experience in an QA Engineer role. Experience in manual testing in Embedded software. Experience in manual testing of Web & Mobile (iOS and Android) platforms. Experience using and integrating with standard development tools in your QA workflow such as Bug tracking tools such as Pivotal Tracker or JIRA. Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Excellent ability to understand software requirements and specifications. Good problem solving, communication, and prioritization skills. Not afraid to identify inefficient processes and suggest creative solutions. Able to test both functional and technical requirements. Be thorough and dedicated to quality. Self-driven with ability to work in a structured and meticulous way without guidance. Strong analytical skills. Strong knowledge about best practice software testing methodology and tools. Able to identify opportunities for innovation to improve quality.
