Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Software Technologist to lead the end-to-end architecture, design, and development of scalable, enterprise-grade applications within the Hospital Patient Monitoring domain. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in modern UI technologies (TypeScript, React), full-stack development, microservices, and micro-frontend architectures. You will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and delivering robust solutions while mentoring junior developers and driving technical innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the architecture, design, and development of complex full-stack applications for hospital patient monitoring systems.Champion advanced UI development using React, TypeScript, and RESTful services to create intuitive and responsive user experiences.Design and implement scalable and maintainable microservice and micro-frontend (Microapp) architectures.Contribute hands-on to backend development using C#/.NET, ensuring seamless integration between the frontend and backend services.Package applications as standalone MSI installers for on-premise deployment and manage deployments on cloud platforms (AWS).Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Own and drive technical strategy for non-functional requirements (NFRs), including performance, memory management, security, and high availability.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Quality Assurance, and DevOps, to ensure the delivery of high-quality products.Conduct rigorous design and code reviews, establishing and enforcing best practices across the development team.Ensure all development adheres to industry best practices for security, performance, and maintainability.Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.10+ years of strong, hands-on experience in UI development, with mastery of TypeScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3.Proven full-stack development experience, including C#/.NET backend development and REST API integration.Expertise in designing and implementing microservice and micro-frontend (Microapp) architectural patterns.Demonstrable experience with cloud platforms (specifically AWS), including deployment, monitoring, and scaling of applications.Proficiency in packaging applications as standalone installers (MSI) for diverse deployment environments.A strong foundation in software architecture principles and the ability to apply them to complex systems.Deep expertise in managing NFRs, including scalability, performance tuning, memory management, logging, and error handling.Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and software design patterns.Solid experience with database integration, APIs, and networking protocols.Proficiency with Git/GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/SAFe development methodologies.Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.Proven track record of leading and mentoring technical teams to success.Preferred Qualifications:
Prior work experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or with real-time data applications.A basic understanding of medical technology and human physiology is highly desirable.How we work together

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
