We’re seeking a strategic and visionary Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead engineering teams and drive technical excellence. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives on mentoring talent, shaping engineering culture, and advancing automation and software development practices. You’ll collaborate across business, product, and technology teams to deliver impactful solutions and elevate engineering maturity. What You’ll Do + Coach and develop engineering team members to grow their skills and capabilities + Collaborate with architects and engineers to evolve technical architecture + Improve engineering practices to ensure reliable, high-quality software delivery + Define and execute long-term engineering strategies aligned with business goals What You Bring + Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience + 7+ years of experience in software development and/or quality assurance + Proven leadership in QA automation and transitioning from manual to automated testing + Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC) + Ability to influence and guide cross-functional teams and stakeholders + Experience with SOAP, RESTful APIs, and automation frameworks + Intellectual curiosity, integrity, and a passion for continuous improvement Work Environment + Hybrid schedule: 100% on-site during the first month, then 50% on-site + Reports to AVP of Software Development + Collaborative, flexible, and tech-forward culture + Casual dress code and modern workspaces with standing desks + Twice-yearly raise opportunities and strong benefits package + On-site 6,000 sq. ft. fitness facility and educational assistance program Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
