Primary Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow configurations and customizations.Develop and implement advanced workflows, business rules, scripts, and user interfaces using ServiceNow tools and APIsIntegrate ServiceNow with external systems using industry best practices (e.g., LDAP, REST APIs)Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to coding standardsCreate and maintain system documentation to ensure knowledge transfer and future maintainabilityTroubleshoot complex issues, diagnose problems, and provide solutions for optimal platform performanceStay up to date on the latest ServiceNow features and functionalitiesParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the ServiceNow platformProvide technical mentorship to other members of the teamComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer (5+ years)Solid Experience in one additional ServiceNow module (SPM, IRM, SecOps, ITOM or APM, IRM or SPM )Experience with scripting languages used in ServiceNow (e.g., JavaScript)Experience working with Employee CenterExperience with integrating ServiceNow with external systemsSolid understanding of ServiceNow core functionalities (ITSM CMDB, etc.)Proven excellent problem-solving and analytical skillsSolid communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamProven passion for continuous learningServiceNow Certifications or ExperienceCertified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)Certified ServiceNow Developer (CAD)Other ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification (CIS)ITSMITOM
