Experience in Integrations - EIB's, Core Connectors, Studio, for exchanging participant information with benefits carriers Experience working and developing application using Workday Talent AcquisitionExperience developing prototype using AI tools,Design, develop and implement advanced AI tools. The role focuses on building innovative AI driven solutions that enhances overall experience. Integrate AI tools with existing HR systems like WorkdayExperience in creating/modifying Business Process Eligibility rules, stepsAnalyze business requirements, designs and writes technical specifications to design or redesign HCM solutionsDevelops original and/or complex code.Experience in understanding business/process, reviewing the user stories/requirements, development, testing.Knowledge on HCM Modules including Core HR, Talent Acquisition modules. Should have strong Techno-Functional experience in any of these modules - Talent Acquisition.Proven experience in relational database technologies and familiarity with DB design.Understands the usability and accessibility aspectsStrong communication and interpersonal skills is a mustExperience working in Agile teams, knowledge of Scrum construct and be part of all agile/scrum ceremoniesBusiness Process configurationWorkday SecurityReporting - Report Writer, Advanced Reporting.
