We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our engineering and operations teams through the development and maintenance of visual dashboards and data automation solutions. The ideal candidate will collaborate with project engineers to design and build interactive Tableau dashboards, enabling leadership to monitor project health, cost trends, and capacity planning across critical business areas.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Design and develop dashboards for visual management of engineering project performance and risk indicators.
EAC Erosion DashboardLCV Risk DashboardProvide support for additional business-critical dashboards, including:
VSL DashboardHoshin DashboardDemand-Capacity DashboardKaizen DashboardsCollaborate with project engineers to build Tableau dashboards that consolidate data from multiple sources (including SQL databases) to support:
Detailed engineering data studiesProcess improvement initiativesAutomation projectsTranslate complex data into clear, actionable insights for leadership teams.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of dashboard content by validating against source systems.Work Experience
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering; Mechanical Engineering preferred.Minimum of 2 years’ experience in engineering data analysis or project analytics.Hands-on experience with Tableau for data visualization and dashboarding.Working knowledge of SQL and database querying for extracting and preparing data.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Ability to interpret engineering and project data to support decision-making.Familiarity with plant engineering, industrial gas turbines, or design systems is a strong plus.Preferred Attributes:
