Qualifications & Experience ● Graduate with 10+ years of experience in SAP CPI ● Good problem solving and analytical skills ● Strong communication skill to coordinate with business ● SAP CPI hands on experience is must ● Must have handled multiple adapters like HTTP, SFTP, OData, IDoc, SOAP, ProcessDirect etc ● Must have worked on integrating SAP standard APIs ● Good understanding of CPI pallet elements ● Experience in handling certificates in Keystore, BTP etc ● Experience in handling Integration related tasks in BTP ● Having knowledge of API Management and EventMesh configurations ● Experience in migration activities and CTMS transports ● Having knowledge of Cloud Connector configurations Responsibilities ● Understand business processes and technical architecture of Airbus SAP landscape ● Perform root cause analysis of issues that arises in Live projects ● Must have extensive experience in SAP CPI ● Support and monitoring of interfaces and problem solving skill ● Investigate failures of Interfaces and root cause analysis ● Perform basic troubleshooting and coordinate with the respective team to resolve the issue ● Work with stakeholders and design/develop the processes as per the requirements ● Analyze and translate business requirements into technical solutions, implementation of the solution ( e.g. Identifying the standard flows as per requirement and configurations etc) ● Maintain accurate documentation of support/new development activities and resolutions ● Understands critical roles that SAP CPI play for its implementation and evolution in Airbus ● Excellent communication skills as required to engage customers on requirements and delivery Success Metrics Success will be measured in a variety of areas, including ● Consistently ensure the on-time delivery and quality (first-time-right) of the projects ● Bring innovative cost-effective solutions ● Achieve the customer satisfaction ● Ensure availability, stability and performance of the system

. Design, configure, and develop CPI iFlows based on integration requirements
. Monitor, support, and ensure stability of CPI interfaces across environments
. Perform root cause analysis and resolve CPI integration failures (including production)
. Integrate and configure SAP standard APIs and adapters as per solution needs
. Execute migration, transport management, and environment movement via CTMS
. Manage CPI-related Keystore, certificates, and connectivity setups (BTP & Cloud Connector)
. Collaborate with functional/technical teams to define and deliver integration solutions
. Document CPI interface designs, error resolutions, and integration changes
