A client with Kforce is seeking a Senior Software Engineer III to join their team in a remote environment. This role will be part of the design organization and will work along-side design system designers to create pixel perfect, accessible, performant design system components and patterns. Summary: We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Senior Software Engineer for a unique opportunity to work side-by side with system designers on a dynamic design system team. In this role, you will be responsible for the entire software development lifecycle, from gathering functional requirements and developing specifications to designing, coding, and delivering high-quality web and mobile applications. This is a hands-on coding position (roughly 70-85%) where you will also contribute to project architecture, resolve defects, and prototype creative solutions to design system problems. You will partner effectively with product management, design, and other business units, applying your technical expertise to solve challenging problems and drive results. Duties include: * Collaborate with designers in Figma to translate concepts into interactive, high-fidelity prototypes * Implement subtle, user-focused motion design elements to enhance engagement and create 'moments of delight' * Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure designs are functional, visually consistent, and aligned with brand guidelines
