Primary Responsibilities:

Run the production environment by monitoring availability and taking a holistic view of system health Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications Improve reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our suite of software solutions Utilize AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and efficiency across the team Measure and optimize system performance, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of customer needs, and innovating to continually improve Provide operational support and engineering for large, distributed software applications Estimate: Create, understand and validate Design and estimated effort for given module/task, and be able to justify it Engineering: Implement and adhere to best engineering practices like design, unit testing, functional testing automation, continues integration and delivery Stakeholder management: Excellent communication skills, clarity of thought and ability to take decisions bases on available information Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 8+ years of overall IT experience Experience in financial technology domain Experience with high volume transaction sites Experience working with applications deployed in private or public cloud Experience in customer facing products' Proficient in JavaScript, JQuery, ReactJS, TypeScript, SCS, NodeJS, Angular JS, HTML, CSS, SQl, CI/CD,Kafka Well-versed with Engineering Practices and Agile environment Worked in an Agile team and good understanding of Scrum Proven good oral and written communication Skills Proven ability to demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills Proven ability to quickly learn new technologies and leverage them to execute on the use cases given to solve business problems'
