Primary Responsibilities:

Technical Leadership:Lead and mentor a team of full-stack developersOversee the design, development, and deployment of web applicationsEnsure code quality, best practices, and adherence to project timelinesCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scopeBreak down tasks, assign responsibilities, and track progressProvide technical guidance and mentorship to team membersWrite clean, efficient, and well-documented code for both front-end and back-end systemsCollaborate with UI/UX designers to implement user-friendly interfacesMonitor application performance and troubleshoot issuesFull-Stack Development:Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, nextjs, html, css, js)Expertise in back-end frameworks in Java microserviceSolid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architectureExperience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment toolsFamiliarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google CloudKnowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. (good to have)Code Review and Testing:Conduct code reviews to ensure maintainability and scalabilityImplement unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testingProblem Solving:Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field6+ years of experience in full-stack development2+ years of experience in a leadership or team lead roleTechnical Skills:Proficiency in both frontend (React) and backend (java)Solid knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL)Familiarity with package managers like Yarn and npmGood in microservice and ui design using html css js

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsSolid organizational and time management abilitiesAbility to motivate and guide a team effectively.
