In this position, you will be responsible for developing and supporting business solutions for various strategic programs. As a primary contributor, you will design, code, and support applications aligned with the IT strategy, leveraging enterprise components and capabilities, advancing the state of our IT assets, and expanding and improving upon our enterprise engineering strategy. You will also lead and mentor other developers on the team to provide a consistent experience.

This role involves communicating with various groups within the IT organization and different parts of the business. The team typically works on many small projects rather than a few large ones to reduce monotony. It is critical to identify, design, and solve complex problems while reusing as many previous solutions as possible.

Primary Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain .NET web applications and REST APIs to automate tools that help our customersDesign, implement, and maintain applications within all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)Develop, test, implement, and maintain application software following established processesCommunicate effectively with other engineers and quality engineers (QE)Identify and resolve production and non-production application issuesIdentify opportunities to fine-tune and optimize applicationsProvide technical support and consultation for application and infrastructure questionsServe as a mentor to less experienced developersDevelop pioneering approaches to emerging industry trendsContribute to the development team and help achieve key business objectivesCollaborate with the team on application architecture design and decision-makingDesign and implement application enhancements in collaboration with different teamsSolve unique and complex problems with a broad impact on the businessTranslate highly complex concepts in ways that can be understood by a variety of audiencesWork in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree OR HS Diploma/GED plus 5+ years of equivalent experience5+ years of full Software Development Life Cycle experience5+ years of .NET web/React design and development experience4+ years of REST API development3+ years of Angular experience2+ years of SQL Server experienceProven solid analytical and problem-solving skillsProven ability to work well with teams

Preferred Qualifications:
