In this position, you will be responsible for developing and supporting business solutions for various strategic programs. As a primary contributor, you will design, code, and support applications aligned with the IT strategy, leveraging enterprise components and capabilities, advancing the state of our IT assets, and expanding and improving upon our enterprise engineering strategy. You will also lead and mentor other developers on the team to provide a consistent experience.
This role involves communicating with various groups within the IT organization and different parts of the business. The team typically works on many small projects rather than a few large ones to reduce monotony. It is critical to identify, design, and solve complex problems while reusing as many previous solutions as possible.
