5+ years of experience in Genesys Level 3 production support 5+ years of experience in Contact center 5+ years of experience in API integrations in Genesys Cloud 5+ years of experience in SIP Server experience 5+ years of experience in Orchestration server experience 5+ years of experience in Rules Engine and GRAT experience 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting Call routing, voice quality and network related issues in Genesys Cloud 5+ years hands-on working experience in configuring call flows and call routing techniques to optimize call handling, queue management, and customer experience 5+ years of experience in troubleshooting the Genesys Cloud call flows 5+ years of experience in developing software with integration to various customer environments/backend systems using 5+ years of knowledge on Splunk for Alerting & Monitoring Familiar with Genesys Framework (SIP, ORS), CXOne, Amazon Connect AWS, Lambda, Mongodb, Chime, Cloudwatch, Event Bridge, Splunk, Grafana Good understanding and troubleshooting skills set following Genesys on Prem Areas
