Job Description: Responsibilities: -
. Join the ServiceNow Order Management team
. Analyze and assess the legacy Amadeus tool for Airline ordering (functional and technical)
. Understand our current ServiceNow Order Management (OM) implementation
. Interact with experts on both sides (legacy and ServiceNow) to gather "as is" and define a "to be"
. Deliverable: define the migration strategy from the legacy tool (Order Online) to ServiceNow OM (steps, prerequisites, timeline, constraints)
Profile
. Excellent analytical / assessment skills, excellent communication and reporting
. Ability to lead autonomously and coordinate with different stakeholders (project mgt skills)
. Knowledge of Order Management process is a plus
. Knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus
. Understanding of technical concepts is required
Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
