Work with talented R&D teams at Philips in Shanghai/Suzhou and globally. **You are responsible for** + Design high-level systems/modules and their interfaces. + Ensure up-to-date documentation of the architecture, modules, and implementations. + Deliver optimal and consolidated architectures and module designs. + Share responsibility for code reviews, code quality, and technical design. + Collaborate with the Scrum team to finalize user-story designs and ensure alignment with overall architecture. + Guide and coach the development team on design activities. + Analyze platform software system requirements and implement solutions. **To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience** **Minimum Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline. + Over 5 years of software development experience. + 3 years of experience in the medical device industry preferred **Desired Qualifications:** + Experience developing for Kubernetes, such as Kubernetes controllers. + Rich experience on Linux programming development ​ + Proficient in Go (Golang) and/or Python. + Familiarity with common Kubernetes components such as Prometheus and OpenTelemetry. + Experience with KubeVirt or related virtualization technologies. + Ability to write clean, maintainable, and easy-to-understand code. + Experience working in an Agile environment. + Ability to work independently and complete module development with minimal supervision. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Experience with GitHub/GitLab and building automation workflows based on these platforms. **Skills:** + Demonstrated experience of working with cross-functional teams to drive the output + Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills while communicating in both English and Chinese + Good communication skills + Good leadership, integration and influence skills **About Philips** We are a health technology company.
