About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer

In this role, you will:

Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environmentsContribute to large scale planning of strategiesDesign, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deploymentsReview moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and proceduresResolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goalsLead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff

Required Qualifications:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

Experiance in core UI development experience with hands on of React JS, Angular JS, Node, JQuery, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.Experience with ReduxExperience in writing ES6 Javascript code.        Experience with NodeJS (specifically NPM)Experience in using WebPackHands on experience with Unit Testing (Jest, Enzyme & testing-library preferred)/ TDD - Scripting & Automated Testing, Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD), Behavior Driven Development (BDD)Good experience on User experience (UX) & designHands on experience developing Accessibility compliance applicationsHands on experience in packaging and deploying UI deliverablesStrong in OOAD, asynchronous programming, design and implementation of web applications, Design Patterns.Product & Design Knowledge - Experience with Product Development, Large Enterprise Scale Integrations (preferably in design/development of customer facing large enterprise applications)Experience in Digital Banking/ecommerce or any complex customer facing applicationsAPI - driven development - Experience working with remote data via SOAP, REST and JSON.Experience with Enterprise Mobility Applications Performance Tuning, Scaling and Security Best PracticesKnowledge with backend coding and understanding of Java/J2EE code and frameworks

Job Expectations:

Exposure to Splunk dashboards and App dynamicsKnowledge of Event Driven ArchitectureExperience in Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) & Domain Driven Development (DDD)Prior experience in the development of enterprise scale banking applications will be a plus.
