It's designed for access by on-call engineers, customer support (CSS) teams, or other audiences who want to access management operations in production environments to resolve customer and system issues. It is already used by 500+ services and teams across Microsoft and is a critical component of Microsoft’s operational infrastructure.

As a Senior Software Engineer on this team you are expected to think holistically—designing for scale, security, and usability—while also diving deep into the internals of distributed systems, and identity management.
