About the Role:
We are seeking a forward-thinking Software Engineer to join our team in developing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions, with a focus on agentic architectures, and enterprise AI systems. You’ll work across the full development lifecycle. From service and agent design and experimentation to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement in an enterprise SaaS environment.
What you will doAI service Design and Development:
Design and implement AI services and agentic workflows using state-of-the-art ML and LLM technologies. Build autonomous agents capable of reasoning, planning, and interacting with other agents and systems. Train, test, and evaluate those services and models to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.Deployment and Integration:
Develop microservices and APIs to integrate AI capabilities into production systems. Monitor and maintain AI solutions in production, identifying and resolving any issues.Improvement & Growth:
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning research.Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data science, engineers, product managers, solutions engineers) to ensure successful integration of AI solutions. Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences. What makes you an ideal candidate Strong understanding of agentic architectures, autonomous agents, and generative AI (LLMs, transformers, etc.). Experience with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGen, Bedrock AgentCore, or similar agent orchestration tools. Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and patterns is beneficial. Proficiency in microservices development (C#/.NET and Java/Python experience is a plus). Experience working in Cloud platforms (eg. Azure, AWS, GCP). Proven experience in developing and deploying AI models and solutions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
