As a Senior Software Engineer in the Host Networking and Hardware Acceleration team, you will contribute to the co-design of software and hardware aimed at enabling reliable and high-performance networking for Azure hosts. The Remote Direct Memory Access (RDMA) team is specifically focused on building and maintaining networking solutions that support artificial intelligence, storage, and large-scale data workloads.

The role is well-suited for individuals who are passionate about distributed systems, low-level programming, operating system internals, virtualization, scalable infrastructure, and performance-oriented design. Familiarity with testing methodologies and a collaborative mindset are essential, as the team operates in a fast-paced environment and is responsible for one of the most impactful services globally.Candidates are expected to bring curiosity, technical depth, and a commitment to continuous learning.
