· You will be responsible for requirement analysis, design, implementing and testing software solutions to solve some of the most advanced technical challenges facing the industry
· You should be somebody who enjoys working on complex system software, is very customer-centric, understands the big picture and feels strongly not only about building good software but about making that software achieve its goals
· You will be required to be available after work hours and weekends to support any critical issues and support application rollouts
· Review Pull requests, cross-collaborate with the developers for user stories and tasks, estimate the story points and manage their board effectively
· Actively engage in development team activities associated with brainstorming new solutions and refining current solutions. Drive technical efforts that lead to success in software project delivery
· Possess technical depth and applied experience in multi-layer solution development, performance tuning, solution debug, incident triage/remediation, and usability improvement.
Preferred Skill Set/Experience:
6+ years in the software engineering industry Experience with SQL databases like PostgreSQLExperience deploying applications for use in enterprise production use is a mustExperience working with modern open-source tools like Angular 18/19, Spring boot is a mustExcellent knowledge of UI/UX for business applications is a must Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, and complexity analysis Proven experience in cloud technologies, including Docker, Kubernetes is highly recommendedExperience with Github and project management tools like Azure ADO or Jira is a mustStrong problem-solving skills and persistence to push through Strong mentoring Skills Passion for constant learning and self-improvementComfortable dealing with ambiguityPublic Cloud (Azure/AWS/GCP)Distributed System Design (on-prem, public cloud)Preferred Behaviors & Skills:

Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to their primary location Austin, TX at least three times per week, at minimum, or other frequency dictated by the business.
Working hours will primarily take place during traditional business hours (1st shift). Personnel are expected to responsibly coordinate development activities with peers in other time zones (Ireland, US). Deployment activities will require additional, periodic coverage on weekends and holidays to be distributed within the development team.
