Principal responsibilities

Participate as a member of an agile scrum team, responsible for the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of call center systems based on SIP, Kamailio, Asterisk, PJSIP, and related technologiesAnalyze business requirements, design technical solutions, implement features, and provide production support to ensure timely and high-quality deliveryAttend daily stand-ups and other agile ceremonies, actively contributing to team collaboration and problem-solvingDevelop and optimize core modules such as SIP signaling, call routing, media servers, and SIP trunk integrationWrite clean, maintainable, and high-quality code; participate in code reviews and continuously improve system performance and stabilitySupport system integration, automated testing, deployment, and troubleshootingPrepare and maintain technical documentation to support operations and business teamsStay up-to-date with industry trends and participate in research and proof-of-concept activities for new technologies

Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Technology, or a related fieldSolid hands-on experience with SIP protocol and open-source call center platforms such as Kamailio, Asterisk, and PJSIPFamiliarity with VoIP, RTP, SRTP, TLS, and related security/encryption protocolsProficient in Linux system administration and scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python), with strong troubleshooting and system optimization skillsExperience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and RESTful API integrationExperience with automated testing, continuous integration, and DevOps practices is a plusStrong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently under pressureGood command of written and spoken English; experience working in multicultural teams is a plusExperience in call center, unified communications, or real-time audio/video projects is highly preferredFast learner, adaptable to new technologies, and willing to take on new challenges
