Principal responsibilities

Providing full scope of the day-to-day Production Support service including resolution of the live incidents as well as post-resolution problem management activities.Become SME for the GCP and coordinate with business and operations to understand and resolve the issue.Independently able to coordinate with VS and Business and provide remediation actions.To provide workarounds/resolutions with Active participation in crisis calls.Prepare and maintain operational document with latest production version.Working in a 24x7 global operation team during China shift.This role will provide to the candidate global experience/exposure. Having the opportunity to collaborate on an environment where changed and innovation is both common and encouraged.Being part of a world class team with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles.
