Principal responsibilities

Participate in technical design of features with guidance.Take ownership and accountability for production incidents, in terms of timely communication, escalation and incident hygiene. Test software using various methods and toolsSupport the establishment of a digital environment and automate processes to minimize variation and ensure predictable high quality code and dataSupport the creation of technical test plans and records, including unit and integration tests, within automated test environments to ensure code qualitySupport quality assurance automation ensuring that the test strategy also takes into account the test data, environments and non-functional testing relevant for Products/Services.Support service resilience, service sustainability and recovery time objectives are met for all the software solutions deliveredIdentify potential system improvements and explain their benefits.Keep up-to-date and have an understanding of the specific impact of the functional delivery, the business context of change and how a delivery may impact other functional areas.Lead production incident reviews for the team.
