Principal responsibilities

Completion of incidents received through ServiceNow within the agreed SLA.Prioritize and deliver service to agreed SLA, within a diverse and constantly changing technical environment.Provide technical support and resolve issues related to windows 11, including system crashes, performance issues, hardware compatibility and software.Assisting with the installation of software configuration issues and windows 11 on new devices or for system upgrades.Monitoring system performance through event logs and security issues.Ensuring security configurations and compliance with company policies, including antivirus settings, firewalls and users access controls.Report promptly to management regarding critical outages until resolution.Interact with infrastructure, release management, change management, QA, and application support teams.Participate in cross-functional delivery of complex issues involving internal and external teams.Acquire good process knowledge and be informed of all new updates/additions and functions.
