Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer
In this role, you will:
Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environmentsContribute to large scale planning of strategiesDesign, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deploymentsReview moderately complex technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of technologies and proceduresResolve moderately complex issues and lead a team to meet existing client needs or potential new clients needs while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, or compliance requirementsCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level managers to resolve technical challenges and achieve goalsLead projects and act as an escalation point, provide guidance and direction to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Build efficient and high performing solutions to meet the business requirementsParticipate effectively in the entire software development life cycleDefine and Design solutions to meet the business and strategic requirementsOrganize, lead and motivate development resources to meet expected deliverables and quality standards across multiple releasesProvides technical direction to the project team and perform code reviewsCollaborate with team to design, develop, test and refine deliverables that meet the objectivesShould be able to contribute actively to In sprint automationHandling all production support escalations and EACO calls during India day hoursMotivate team members and promote a strong sense of support, ownership and urgencyFacilitate communications within the team and facilitate knowledge sharing amongst the team and other personnel.Collaborate with Product Managers, System Architects, Analysts and any other stakeholders as neededDefine & Execute the test strategy across the consumer banking applications
Desired Qualifications:
Core skills : Java/J2EE Web Application Development, Spring (Core, MVC, AOP, Batch), Micro services , Kafka (streaming technologies),integration technologies, Cloud Technologies (OCP/Azure) Postgress/NO SQl database.Strong in OOAD, Multi-threaded application development, design and implementation of web applications, Design PatternsExperience in Behavioral Driven Development (BDD) & Domain Driven Development (DDD) will be added advantageProduct & Design Knowledge - Experience with Product Development, Large Enterprise Scale Integrations (preferably in design/development of customer facing large enterprise applications)Experience in Consumer Banking or any complex middleware applicationsAPI - driven development - Experience working with remote data via SOAP, REST and JSON.Experience with Applications Performance Tuning, Scaling, Security, Resiliency Best PracticesHands on experience in delivering high value projects in Agile (SCRUM) methodology using preferably JIRA tool.Unit Testing (JUnit preferred)/ TDD - Scripting & Automated Testing, Continuous Integration and deployment (Jenkins)Good business communication skills in EnglishSystem Knowledge & AnalysisProblem solving & critical thinking
