Principal responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design scalable, high-quality software solutions.Develop and implement strategic solutions using mainstream programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python) and databases.Mentor and support junior colleagues by resolving complex technical issues and sharing best practices.Work within Agile frameworks to deliver solutions efficiently, adhering to software development life cycle (SDLC) best practices.Design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Engage with clients to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure timely project delivery.Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adoption of industry best practices.
