In this role, you will:

Be part of a team that performs sustainable continuous improvement, identifying and removing organisational barriers affecting the team, processes and products ownedDevelop and maintain automated test scripts for APIs, data pipelines (Python), and front-end components (React/Angular/HTML/CSS)Set up and manage continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines with integrated automated testingCollaborate with developers to define robust test strategies and identify areas for automationConduct performance and regression testing to support regular software releasesMonitor and troubleshoot test failures, logging meaningful bug reports and following up on fixesMaintain test documentation, including coverage metrics and test case repositoriesChampion test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD) practicesPredominantly performing hands on technical tasks
