Who We Are Looking For

As a Webpt Senior Software Engineer, you will work inside a collaborative team to deliver innovative software solutions to help solve the many challenges faced by rehab therapy businesses and therapists. To provide scalable and flexible solutions, our applications utilize the latest in modern software technologies such as Kubernetes, AWS, NodeJS, and microservice architecture. As a member of the team, you will work closely with fellow members to participate in all aspects of the design, development, and deployment of software features.

What You’ll Be Doing As A Part of Our Team Work with the product team to refine user stories and clarify requirements Provide technical leadership in the design and debugging of software solutions Code software features on a weekly (or less) delivery cycle What You Should Have to Qualify 3 years of experience with Software repository tools such as Git or SVN 3 years of SaaS development experience 3 years of SQL and/or NoSQL data storage solutions experience 3 years of experience in Javascript 1 year of Software testing (Unit / Integration / End-to-end tests) experience 1 year of Agile practices experience Be willing to learn new technologies Be flexible and collaborate openly with others Be a self starter who enjoys problem solving Challenge assumptions and find ways to improve productivity Completion of a B.S. degree or 5 years professional software development experience Familiarity with a variety of Software technologies Familiarity with event driven architecture Ideally, You Would Also Have These Experience with NodeJS Experience with Gitlab/Github and build pipelines Experience with provisioning scripts such as Terraform Experience with Docker containers Experience with Kubernetes Experience writing and testing API’s Experience with AWS, particularly EC2, Lambda, EKS, S3, SQS/Kinesis Culture is at our Core Service: Create Raving Fans Accountability: F Up; Own Up Attitude: Possess True Grit Personality: Be Minty Work Ethic: Be Rock Solid Community Outreach: Give Back Health and Wellness: Live Better Resource Efficiency: Do Más With Menos About Us
