Primary Responsibilities:

Provide Facets, SQL, EDI technical support and troubleshooting for production systems, ensuring the stability and availability of applications and services Investigate and resolve incidents and problems, following established procedures and guidelines To deliver AIML solutions and deploy it in Cloud. This is highly expected Monitor system performance, identify and address any issues to minimize downtime and optimize system performance Collaborate with development teams to deploy code and configuration changes to production environments Participate in incident management, including problem identification, resolution, and root cause analysis Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues Perform regular system health checks and ensure proactive maintenance to prevent potential issues Document support activities, procedures, and known issues for future reference Contribute to the continuous improvement of production support processes and tools Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to suggest improvements and enhancements Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

Full time graduation degree 4+ years of experience in the U.S. Healthcare domain Hands-on experience in working with Facets and Oracle (PL SQL) Familiarity with Facets version 5 or higher is expected Capable of understanding and resolving data discrepancies, measurement issues, data mismatch problems, and standardization Proficient in coding and resolving complex issues Ability to monitor and handle Facets, EDI, Python and Cloud failures is highly valued Ability to deliver AIML solutions and deploy it in Cloud Proven excellent communication and presentation skills Proven excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proven solid problem-solving and fact-finding abilities Proven solid verbal and written communication skills, along with influencing abilities Proven ability to devise top-notch technical solutions for complex business problems Proven good communication and presentation skills Proven to be self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment Willingness to work flexible shift timings and provide on-call support
