How You’ll Make an Impact

Design, develop and enhance software systems to support new and existing business initiativesLead code review sessions and validate adherence to Spectrum development standardsPerform coding, unit testing and integration testing to ensure software meets business and technical requirementsCollaborate with internal customers and technical teams to solve complex software problemsMentor and coach less experienced staff, guiding them toward best practicesServe as the final escalation point for resolving incidents and production issues within supported applicationsDevelop and maintain technical documentation and provide system analysis and feedback to stakeholdersInfluence system design by identifying and recommending design and requirements needs for software enhancementsParticipate in continuous performance improvement sessions to identify opportunities for process and standard enhancements

Required Qualifications

Education

BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, related field or equivalent work experience

Experience

6+ years experience with major database management systems6+ years experience in coding, testing and software design6+ years experience with software development methodologies
