**Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Software Data Analyst to be a lead contributor to our data analytics team in developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and inform strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will have a strong background in data system development, data system management, data analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll oversee the development of mission-critical data analysis solutions for Next Generation Electronic Warfare Systems Products and Solutions. If you're a seasoned Software Data Analytics Engineer with 4 years experience and a passion for leading high-performing teams and upholding the principles of transparency, accountability, and posterity, we want to hear from you! **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field + Experience: 4 years of data system engineering, data analytics, data science, or related field + Proven experience in leading projects for data engineering and data analysis + Strong technical skills in data engineering, data analysis, data visualization, and data storytelling + Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as C# and Python. + Experience with designing and migrating SSIS ETL scripts + Strong understanding of data management principles, including data governance, data quality, data security, and data literacy **Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills** + Experience with machine learning, deep learning, or natural language processing + Database design using SQL or NoSQL based data management systems + Certification in data analytics, data science, or related field (e.g., Certified Data Scientist, Certified Analytics Professional) + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities + Ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve high-performance results + Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills **Pay Information** Full-Time Salary Range: $97008 - $164914 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
